At Marketairy, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy under the following terms and conditions.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order ID is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.
  • Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share your Order ID along with clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
  3. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
  4. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

4. Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after receiving the required account details.

5. Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

6. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
